I am very impressed with your writing and clarity - just in case you're wondering, yes you are very funny. I assume you are trying to be. (Flaneurs etc... ) We seem to be living in an era where policy is designed for the benefit of one group to be paid for by another - exactly as you describe the elite women who do not pay this cost are the ones advocating it onto others.
Sorry if I'm off subject here but just to be aware: This woman, Evan Urquhart transcisman, is truly an extreme misogynist. She has no conception of the toll femicide, rape and dv have on women. She publishes lies and unfounded hate propaganda, in Slate as a columnist for example, about women: like the Wi Spa incident was a hoax thus protecting serial sexual offenders. One of her early articles for Slate describes how she identifies with men who hate women.
